The dentist is often an anxiety fueled nightmare for me, that was not the case with the phenomenal staff at the midland aspen dental. From start to finish they were amazing!! Sasha instantly put me at ease talking to me about her kids and listening to me about mine. Danielle was a Rockstar help with my financing needs, even made sure I was able to handle payments before proceeding. I have had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is phenomenal, and the dentist himself very welcoming and willing to help any way he can. I walk in staff knows me by name! Nice to feel comfortable and welcome especially at a dental clinic!! Great job staff 🙂
Do NOT GO HERE. I went here over 7 years ago for about 3 years. I had several different dentist, cuz they kept leaving. Should have been my biggest red flag. One made me cry just from numbing me cuz he stabbed so hard and hit the plunger too quick. Should have left that very day as no one has made me cry before. I got crowns and they screwed those up too. A crown is supposed to go over the entire tooth they only put it over the top and I've had issues with my teeth ever since. Just had one replaced with my new wonderful dent... read more
The girls in the office right from the time you walk into the door to you leave are awesome. The dentist himself. He needs to spend more time with his patient then running in and running out and talking to them and explaining to them what's going to happen and if they have any issues or concerns. I felt like I was just a number waiting to be processed. Otherwise I had a very nice visit.
I received excellent/care during my visit to AspenDental as a new patient. The staff was friendly and professional staff was competent! I'm going back for my dental care!
