I was in Indiana visiting a friend last week. She made an appointment for the 18th to have her dentures worked on. They advised her it would take 4 hours. No problem just figured we could so some shopping. They charged her an additional 275.00 to put liners in and would not work on them as they told her they would. Had to schedule another appointment. The service was very quick and organized. I really liked meeting with the financial person to make sure my insurance covered the service and I was able to understand what is needed from me.
There was a couple things that I was not happy about. First, the dentist said some things that upset me. I ask if I could get a partial for my lower teeth. He said I could but it wouldn't last very long. Then he said I needed to just get a full denture. Pulling all my lower teeth, even the good ones. I was not given a choice between a partial and a denture. The next thing is I was told my total cost would be 5200.00. I paid 2000 cash and put the rest on my Care credit account. Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING went really well. If I had to dig for a negative it would be difficult. I did have some wait times but I couldn't have ask for a more complete plan and future appointments scheduled for all I need to get done. I can be a Very picky person especially when it comes to timing money and insurance and they had taken all of that into consideration with 2 different plans for me. I WILL BE KEEPING THEM TILL MY LAST BREATH.
They get a 10 from me this is the best service I have ever gotten I’ve been 3 different times 2012 was my first time 2015 and just today Angie was very nice and pleasant at the front desk Susan was really sweet to me Dr Losier was wonderful Vanesha was so kind and helpful the young lady that did my impressions had the patience of a saint with me I struggled with the impressions. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember her name though. This is the one in Warsaw Indiana
