This visit was my first and was an evaluation to see what I needed. I had some definite ideas what I wanted done, and after a bunch of x rays, exams by 2 doctors, one who checked me for signs of cancer. I was told I could get the rest of my teeth, including all the ones broken off below gum line, pulled out, and dentures made for me same day. This was exactly what I wanted done. The absolute BEST dental team ever! All the staff are amazing and I always feel so welcomed. I know i can trust them with the care of my teeth! For real you won't find better - I used to hate going to dentists, but this place changed that for me!!! I am forever grateful for all of them! Not just the dentists, but the reception staff too! The staff is always so courteous at the Aspen Dental in Bristol TN. I needed oral surgery and they didn't provide the service at my home office in Pikeville KY. They setup my appointment no questions. On the day of my appointment, they made sure to go over the surgery process and even walked me to my car with instructions and my meds called into my pharmacy. ❤️
The staff were all very kind. I made an appointment online last night for a broken tooth. I got in at 9 this morning, and I’m scheduled to get my dental work done Monday. For reference, today is Friday. I really appreciated the dentist and his honesty and bedside manner. They provided an entire treatment plan for my teeth with options, allowing me to have a say in my care. They had financing options that made everything affordable and easy. So far I’m really happy with my experience here.
This place is a GodSend. They were able to get me in on short notice and extract the wisdom tooth that has been giving me a run for my money these last few days. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, the front staff was knowledgeable. As a new patient it felt like family. I felt like I’ve been going to this facility forever. I’m forever grateful
