Aspen Dental has exceeded my expectations. They are so friendly, helpful, and understanding. I was so embarrassed because I hadn’t been to the dentist in such a long time. I expected to have to answer for myself. 😂 They didn’t want to know. They were just happy for me that I was there now. They put all my anxiety at ease. When I thought there would be pain there wasn’t. When there was pain they eased it. I highly recommend them to everyone. Don’t wait. Just go. You’ll be so relieved that you did. 😁
I was terrified to go to the dentist after all these years. I had a mouthful of problems to address. Every single staff member I encountered was pleasant, happy, non judgmental, and did not lecture me. I especially liked the dentist. He took time to explain my options and take into consideration my anxiety, feelings, and savings. I spent over 5500.00 on Comfort Fit dentures. They screwed up the first 2 sets of dentures. The third set was very loose so I started my adjustments with my 3rd pair but the first adjustment didn’t fit, still to loose. My second adjustment, I went to was canceled about half way through the visit. Nothing was corrected that visit but the staff told me that the second visit still counted as 1of my 3 adjustments. Staff was great. Had to have a tooth removed. I hadn't ever had one removed before and I was nervous. But the dentist, Dr. Bauer was great!! I only felt a little stick for the first 3 shots and nothing on the 4th. He had my jaw number in no time. He had my tooth out very quickly. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and Dr. Bauer to anyone who needs dental care!! Thanks for the great care!!
Highly satisfied. I called this morning and talked to the receptionist about getting an appointment. I told her what was going on she informed me I could walk-in and they could get me in today if I didn’t mind a bit of a wait. I maybe waited 20 minutes to be seen then was having X-rays done and about 5-10 minutes later the dentist was looking at me gave me my options.
