If you value your time, money, or sanity, please continue reading... Every time I have gone here they have rescheduled my appointments to a different time. They rescheduled me to today at 3:00pm. I left work at 2:00pm only around 5 miles away. Due to horrible traffic congestion I was stuck waiting 40 minutes about 0.5 miles away from Aspen. My visit at Aspen dental was a pleasant experience, they were very attentive to my needs. Kind and courteous people. The Doctor explained everything he was going to do. It put me more at ease. I would definitely recommend them for all of your dental needs.
Great place to go to maintain the health of your teeth, whether you're just there for routine cleaning or to get crowns or implants. Dr. Jonathan Taylor goes above and beyond as well as the assistants in taking care of patients. thanks for caring for your patients and making sure your patients have a great experience during every visit!
This office was timely. The staff was friendly. No one made me feel bad about my cavity or why I have not kept up with oral care. They gave me a plan and allowed me to choose what was best for me. The bedside manner was top tier. I plan to keep up with my care because they made it so easy.
Wasn't to thrilled with my experience here. Bunch of new staff and I felt rushed by the doctor during my examination. Met literally for 3 minutes. I timed it. The front desk staff wasn't very personable and the office appeared to be disorganized. Not a kid friendly office either. Took my 6 year old daughter here for a cleaning and they didn't even give her a toothbrush, floss, or toothpaste. Not that those things matter, but she wanted that experience.
