I have used this location for close to 2 years and have always had good service. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting a new hygienist, Nina. She was one of the best hygienist I have ever had! I'm over 60 and have my teeth cleaned every 4 months as a preventative measure. Nina is the best! The front desk gals are great as was the Dentist!

Had an emergency on Monday. Walked in and they took me right away. The experience I had was terrific. Went the very next day to finish up. Highly recommend AD in Waltham. Hats off to Dr Matute and staff. Especially Fadi who did a Great Job. Thank you all again. Nick

The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The facilities are also clean and bright. I was seen by Dr. Bernard Matute. I went to him for a second opinion after my initial dentist wanted to give me fillings on all decay seen on the x-rays (I've only had a couple of fillings ever so this surprised me). Dr. Matute reviewed my x-rays, clinically checked my teeth, and recommended that I only get half of the cavities filled, and he categorized the rest as watches. the staff are very friendly and patient. I was seen by Nina Hygiene and Dr. Matute. Both of them were very pleasant, and ensured that my appointment went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I recommend aspen dental for this and all of my prior experiences that I have had there. you could not ask for a better dental office or staff.

I have long been anxious about going to the dentist but issues came up that made me go in and boy am I glad I choose Aspen Dental Waltham! The staff is so amazing and so positive. I was especially grateful for the hygienist Nina who took the time to work with me and took amazing care of me making me feel safe in the process of a deep cleaning. So thankful I choose this team recommend everyone to check them out.

💥💥💥💥💥I came to Aspen Dental on Tuesday, Mar 12, for the first time; after being turned down from a Dental Office, I was a client of for 10 years. I was hopless and my teeth were broken needed to be fixed. I met with Dr. Agarwal, and he said, "my mouth will be fixed before the end of the month." Thank You, Mr. Fadi, Payton and Sasha who was my guardian Angels through this process. I can't forget Alicia, who is the best Office Manager. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years (oops!) and just had my first appointment the other day. The entire staff was great - I’ve never had people take the time to explain everything in detail and be so reassuring. Unfortunately I do have to get two cavities filled next week, but considering it’s my first time I’m far less apprehensive than I know I would be had I gone elsewhere.
Great customer service, excellent and professional staff that treat you with respect and provide great care.
