What lovely, polite,caring and professional staff take care of you at Aspen! I haven't been to the dentist in too many years to count and they greeted me as if I have been an ongoing patient. They presented several options of how to approach my needs.And we're more than willing to work within my financial abilities. Highly recommend even to people who might have some anxiety. No judgment only care.
Clean got me in on time. The actual service was ok but instead of addressing the issue I was there for they had put together like a six month plan of things they wanted to do and gave me a read out of it with a total of over $6000 dollars 😲. They were great at explaining all that but I had to remind them why I was there and let's take care of that business first. I highly recommend Aspen Dental! I went for new Dentures and am very satisfied. I not only came away with a nice smile, I feel like I came away with new friends. The Staff is amazing 🙏💞
Canceled my appointment for no reason. An appointment is an appointment and If you can’t manage to honor an appointment then why offer them? I’ve been there three times and every time was a waste of my time. Staff is either rude, ignorant or a combination of both. I’ve also experienced the “used car salesman” feeling from this place as they always want to add unnecessary procedures or “accidentally” overcharge or add charges to bills. I’ll be going to Midwest dental and I have to recommend the same to anyone else.
This is by far the most welcoming Dental experience I have ever had. The entire team practiced professionalism and customer service 💪🏻 I will 10/10 recommend to everyone!
