I had been dealing with tooth pain all weekend, and became elated when this location told me I could come on in and be seen. I went into the appointment eager to get some relief from my swollen face, aching tooth and gums. The dentist informed me that I had an infection and prescribed antibiotics and Ibuprofen. I honestly feel like I wasted my time. I made an appointment for a cleaning and that did not happen. The entire appointment was a bunch of X-rays of my teeth and some 3-D images that I didn’t ask for. After it was said and done I didn’t get my teeth cleaned, and I was recommended something that would have costed me about $240 out of pocket. Great first visit! Everything was smooth and the office staff is great. Everything was well explained and the dentist was very understanding of my situation and concerns. I’m glad I chose them for my dental needs.
WOWW!!! Dr. Naya and Ms.T were AMAZING!!!!!!! Best team ever!!!! They were so empathetic and made me feel so comfortable before and during my extraction. The extraction didn’t hurt at ALL. And it was fast. After numbing the tooth, They got the tooth out in like 8 minutes!!!! they had a nice little playlist going on, everything was so good!!! Customer service was great. Disappointed because my visit was an emergency from a broken tooth. If i needed consultation i could have waited for another appointment at a good time not when am in pain. I made an ASAP appointment for this to be tsken care , looked like i came in for an learning session. Lots of xray . Nit sure i will return
