Aspen Dental in my opinion is the worst. I waited over 2 hours just to discover they wanted to charge me over $3000.00 for something they named a “deep dental cleaning” a cleaning I receive from my regular dentist for $115.00 and it’s completely done in one hour. With Aspen it was going to take 4 visits. I normally visit my dentist every 4 months for an exam and cleaning. I suspect this is what they charge someone without dental insurance since they don’t accept my dental insurance, this is what they were trying to charge me... read more
The intial visit to Aspen dental of Lawton was not that great... of course my jaw and tooth had been hurting for weeks, and i was not able to get my tooth extracted due to high blood pressure. However, the follow up service is superb. Originally I thought that the administrator was "pushy", yet now I see that she is a very determined business lady ready and willing to help. I wish all the hard working women at Aspen dental success to the glory of God.
Hello this was the worst dental place that I have ever gone to. They first scheduled me on a Friday and I left work to go there but they don't open on Fridays so that was a waste of time. I went to the apartment today and I only wanted two fillings but they showed me this big expensive report of everything that they wanted done to my teeth and I explained that I only wanted two feelings today. What kind of dentist refuses to work on your teeth because you have high blood pressure...the first time they had me wait over an hour just to get my blood pressure down...the second time they refused me ...so now im supposed to live in pain with a giant whole in my tooth..and they try to squeeze as much money as they can out of you...i do not recomend this place. Thats lawton for yah...trash!!
TERRIBLE DENTIST! This is the fast-food of dentistry. Customer service is pathetic, and it's a constant attempt at upselling so they can get more of your insurance money. Do not give these people your money -- find one of the local, non-corporate dentists (I did) and you will be much happier with the care and support you get.
