Garlen- I had to edit my comment to reply. So.... Here it is, two weeks since being told they need to reschedule. NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL BACK!!!!!! AND THEY HAVE AROUND $2500 OF MINE. Looks like my best bet is to run after getting my money back. Because wow to your all around customer service. Is it going to take court and lawyers for this to be resolved???? STILL 💥!!! Fantastic team! However I was scheduled for 730 this morning and it was even confirmed yesterday. I go to the office to find that it is closed. I’m in pain and have been since I got my filling(off and on) more on the last couple of days. I’ve been eating soft food for the last two weeks or longer waiting for my appointment today that is canceled. I have spent a lot of money. Too much for something like this to happen without notice. Not good at communicating with customers!
Pretty irritated with the dentist at Aspen. He drilled out one of my cavities and didn’t fill it. Proceeded to tell me that my tooth “will grow back”. It hasn’t, obviously. My research into accredited websites tell me it won’t. So now I have a hole that is just open and collecting bacteria, thanks doc.
I'm not happy that they closed when they did. I have a thousand dollar partial that I can't wear. It was a bad made partial that used thin wires around my teeth and jab the inside of my mouth and gums. I think they need remade or give my money back!
Everyone is so nice and friendly. I had a good experience getting the help I needed. I'm in a lot of pain needing a tooth extraction and they're ready to help. Most dentist in this area charge way too much, but Aspen gave me a price I can afford.
