The service was amazing the staff was very pleasant and professional. Every stage and every person in every position from check-in, to x-ray tech, hygienist, Dentist and office managers were all the most pleasant experience. They really make you feel as though you're in good hands and a valued patient. This dental office comes highly recommended in my book.
I do not recommend you go here. They seemed to have less interest in my dental/oral health as they did in adding things to my bill. The phrase "I'm going to go ahead and add that to your bill" was uttered several times and was stated more than any advise or comments on my teeth. The staff were all polite and they were running on time at least.
We sat down with a member of the staff(Lenora) to schedule an appointment and she is very personable! She set realistic expectations, very patient, and is a compliment to the facility. I hope she is a representation of what Aspen dental stands for. We look forward to the upcoming appointment!
SCAMMERS! Beware! They will bill you months later at new prices, fail to run things through your insurance, and never call you back!!! Very rude when you do get ahold of them and scammed my insurance. Don't waste your time. I went in for what I was told numerous times would be a free consultation that included checking my teeth for cavities, evaluating my gum health, and running my insurance to see what prices I would have to pay for different services. The staff is very friendly and professional. The Lab Tech(Vicki) made my x-ray experience so positive. I had a great experience at this dentist office and i actually look forward to my next visit.
