The staff was was extremely helpful and pleasant. I spoke to Alex and explained my mom was here from out of town and had no dental insurance. He assured me he would do whatever he could to assist me because he hates hearing the pain she was in. He offer to waiver certain fees and get her in asap. We were booked for an appointment the very next day. Once there, my mom was examined and scheduled for an extraction the next day at a discounted price which help my pockets tremendously! Thank you to this team with gratitude

OMG! I have an eight year old that had a toothache. All the dentists were closed and we were moving to Arizona the following day. Having worked in the dental field before, I knew that most dentists wouldn't see a child much less try any procedure on them so last minute. Melissa ( the front office manager) got us right in and Dr. Dean went right to work by connecting with my little one and easing his fears. The tooth in question previously had an SDF thereby leaving a hole in the tooth. I knew the decay went deeper because he was at the dentist two days prior and the x-ray showed it had progressed. I also knew the tooth would most likely need a root canal and a stainless steel crown. I never expected the service I got here!! Without sedation or nitrous oxide, Dr. Dean was able to numb him up with no problems. She was able to clean the decay out of the tooth and, although Aspen doesn't carry stainless steel crowns, she was able to provide a temporary filling for him until we got to AZ. I can't begin to tell you how amazed I was at the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. It's rare to find a dentist that is willing to treat a child without sedation much less improvise to find a successful temporary treatment when they know they can't provide the exact treatment needed. Wonderful, wonderful experience. Dr. Dean is great!!

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental- Sandhills and it was absolutely AMAZING! I was greeted and immediately given superb customer service. Crystal, Dr. B, Lisandra and Rachel were AMAZING!!! This is my official dentist office while in Columbia. 💕

the staff is great but if u need to make an appointment.... I have a really hard time getting anyone on the phone 2 hours after opening, no matter the day.
