I will NEVER go back. They called me to confirm my appointment. I have their number on my call log, where it showed I ANSWERED. The front desk lady proceeded to argue with me, and tell me I didn't answer the phone when she called. I’m so disappointed with the service on yesterday not with the dental service but the billing part. I was so over charged I fell like I got robbed. I took a good look at the bill my husband and I and found the Aspen dental over charged me whooping $57.00 to much. What is going on here.

Last year we didn’t have a dental insurance, so I chose to take my daughter to aspen dental to make sure everything was ok with her teeth, because she had her braces removed few month prior. So first experience was ok, they told me she had 3 cavities, I agreed to pay for those to get fixed. I still have the invoice and a receipt (I paid over $700).Today about 6-7 month later they call me and say her cavities need to be fixed, I told her it was already done. Worst dentist office in history. Office manager Melissa Miller is rude, disrespectful and nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a dog let alone a human. They’re incompetent and have no idea what they are doing.

we made an apt a month ago and gave them our dental insurance information. then when I called them yesterday to find out that there is no cleaning down on the first initial visit , they said we were undetermined eligibility. that we had no dental insurance on our account. yes we did give it to them and the lady on the phone was very rude. now I understand why there is 8,475. complaints about them and a lawsuit filed against them. they are ripoff artists. stay away from them.

1. Issued me a medication I was allergic to (and was on paperwork) then had a generic sorry we messed up”. 2. Refused to give appropriate treatment for pain and let me tell you when your face is 3 times it’s natural size it HURTS. 3. Just over all horrible experience.
