The location is convenient, the office was clean and organized which I really liked. The dental assistant Flori was very kind and patient with our autistic son. Dr. Reyes was very informative and helpful and provided different solutions to our son’s tooth dilemma. Finally Jenny the office manager helped us with a payment plan that was affordable for us. My Husband needed to replace his dentures. The staff was very helpful, Viviana who greeted us at door and got us checked in. Diane, the dental assistant knew exactly what he needed to do to get his new dentures.Dr Lilian Reyes explained the steps to getting the dentures in a timely manner. First time here and it was such a great experience! They were so sweet, patient and understanding. Viviana made sure I was covered before I even came in! Dr Machin and Flori were attentive and explained everything with such kindness. And when I say Jenny literally helped me so much with getting approved for extensive work I don’t say it lightly!! They are such a wonderful team!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
All of the staff here are friendly and helpful. Justine cleaned my teeth the other day and was gentle and thorough. I have a very small mouth so if the dentist is rough I a lot of pain the next day… I didn’t have that problem with Justine! Im actually looking forward to my next cleaning with her. I highly recommend this Aspen dental for good, timely and fairly priced dental work.
