I was In Aspen in Warner Robins today for post op and they were very very caring and took great care of me. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Warner Robins to anyone. When I went in on Friday morning the have teeth extracted they were great, with all the teeth I had removed I felt very little pressure.... the Dr was constantly asking if I was OK. I love Aspen Dental in Warner Robins GA.
Aspen Dental was the only place in the area that was able to squeeze me in for a next-day appointment to deal with a detached crown. Scheduled me for first thing in the morning. Very nice facilities, but the staff were exemplary. From the dental technicians, T.J. and Tiffany, office representative Rhea (sp?), and the doctor, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Aspen Dental exceeded my expectations! I had a tooth break off, they got me in the following morning (as a new patient) and took great care of me and my problem. The staff were all very professional, caring and so kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you sooo much, awesome job!!
I was able to make an appointment with this office in Warner Robins, after returning from a funeral with a broken tooth. The staff was excellent, the service top-tier and Dr. Pickard is a miracle worker!!! He was able in minutes to determine my treatment without costing me an arm and a leg!!! The kindness, patience and compassion that was shown will never be forgotten. Thanks to everyone you guys are the "bomb" I will be recommending friends and family!!!
I was able to make an appointment with their office in a matter of two days, when other dentists were trying to schedule me 30 days or more out. Customer service was great. Dr. Pickard was great. I received an affordable treatment plan. I have recommended them to several of my friends.
