Dr. Booth is lovely as always! I see her because I feel comforted knowing she will give me the best advice for what I need. Emily and the front desk ladies were wonderful to speak with and very helpful with my needs. Thank you Apsen dental for a great visit.
Highly professional group of people and very well run from the moment I entered till I checked out someone was working with or on me. At first they told me it may take 90 minutes but it didn’t feel like it because someone was working with me at every stage, I’ve been going to dentist for 60+ years and never have I felt safer and handled in a more professional way. Go here take your kids here send all your friends here . I never say that about any place. And I’ll say your welcome for the recommendation now.
I was initially pleased with the process of fitting for a new set of dentures at the cost of $2900, however when given the finished product, they were very loose and unfordable. When I went in for an adjustment, there solution was to try different denture adhesives. I never consulted with a certified dentist, only what I assumed was a lab tech at best. Everyone was very friendly & very efficient. We had to wait awhile because we were early. Employees stopped often to update us & see if we needed anything. Doctor was great. Really took our wants & needs into consideration. Very caring. All that we could ask for.
First visit went great! Had x-rays with Savanna, a review with the hygienist Leila, and Dr. Rennie, and then met with Christine to review cost ($0 exam & xrays) and next steps for my cleaning appointment. So far so good! Oh, and only a few minutes of waiting in the front desk area. I’m impressed!
