We have had a very pleasant experience so far with Aspen Dental. We went through the scheduling process and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday which is unheard of. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful as they went over my treatment plan after the dentist had seen me. The dentist was very informative without being condescending or pitying. The dental hygienist was amazing - will be going back to see her. The dentist was good but I felt the work was a little rushed. The numbing gel they put on before giving the shots wore off completely before the dentist walked in. Even though I told her she forged ahead with the numbing injections which was extremely painful. The fillings were done quickly but I ended up having to ask her to come back and clean up resin that was left on the back of a tooth. I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I was told by the Sherman location that I had 5 cavities and also the beginnings of gum disease. This rang an alarm for me because I’ve always had pretty good teeth and I know I take care of them too. The worst I’ve ever had is a cavity or two but there was no reason I should have gum disease. After my appointment, they took me to the front and went over payment options with me, at which point they informed me that all the work they were recommending me would be over 4,000 dollar... read more
I brought my 8 month old daughter in to get a root canal and everyone that worked here was amazing and helped with her while I was getting work done!! Everyone was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for making me and my baby girl feel comfortable here! Always great work
Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful, caring, and in tune with their patients. I was very nervous, especially knowing that the work I needed was going to be expensive. The lady that helps with financial planning put me at ease, explained everything throughly and made the whole process seem so easy. Now I'm just excited to get started and get my smile back.
