Aspen Dental in Vienna WV is wonderful! From the front desk to the dentist, Dr Gray. They are very professional and so nice. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. The office is exceptionally clean and top of the line.
Once I left and started think about my visit I wasn't happy. First thing they took over a dozen trays, didn't ask me to do that many. And then he said I needed a crown and/or bridge. I said I would do the crown for now, then went to checkout. She was trying to charge me for bridge which insurance wouldn't cover, then they said I needed a special cleaning over $400 after insurance. I told her I have free cleaning, but oh no they charged me for pic and electric toothbrush that I didn't agree to. So now I had to pay over $200 ... read more
Dr Gray and his staff are wonderful. I’m terrified to go to the dentist and from the time I walked in the office I felt warm and welcomed. The staff went over step by step of the work I’m having done and before I left Dr. Gray himself met with me to tell me it was a pleasure to meet me and he was going to do the best job on my teeth and for me not to worry. I found my forever dentist office ❤️
