Outstanding, exceptional care. Everyone was warm Sarah, I need a big cheesy grin it’s and friendly! The dentist, Dr. Strong, spent a great deal of time with us explaining the very best care step-by-step. She was thorough and concise. Dr. Strong went into detail and my daughter and I feel extremely confident moving forward with her and Aspen.
With a throbbing toothache, multiple dental practices were telling me it would be months before they could get me in. Aspen was very kind and caring over the phone and booked an appointment for me right away. When i checked in to the PCB office, everyone from reception to Dr. Strong was exceptionally nice and helpful. They all took time to listen and answer questions. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental-Pier Park. Staff was extremely professional in their approach to their job. They were quick and decisive in their examination, treatment plan and execution. They made me feel very comfortable all the way. A big thank you to the doctors and support staff at Aspen. 😊
I just want to say that my experience with Aspen dental at Pier Park was an absolute pleasure! Everyone there was very nice and the atmosphere was relaxed with good vibes all around. They were very thorough with what needed done and explained in details that I could easily understand. This was my first time to the dentist in a very long time and I will now be a continuing customer of theirs! It was a truly awesome experience!
I had quite a pleasant experience during my visit which is saying something since we are talking about going to the dentist! All of the staff, from the receptionist to the dentist himself, could not have been more friendly and supportive. You need to allow a fair amount of time for your visit but I attributed much of the time spent due to the thoroughness of every procedure and each person taking time to ensure I had no questions and felt comfortable with all work being done.
