With a throbbing toothache, multiple dental practices were telling me it would be months before they could get me in. Aspen was very kind and caring over the phone and booked an appointment for me right away. When i checked in to the PCB office, everyone from reception to Dr. Strong was exceptionally nice and helpful. They all took time to listen and answer questions. This is my first time at an Aspen Dental and this location surpassed any of my expectations. My online appointment did not save, and they were able to accommodate me regardless. The front desk personnel, x-ray tech, hygienist, and dentist were all incredibly friendly and willing to educate about dental hygiene. I will absolutely be going back!
Outstanding, exceptional care. Everyone was warm Sarah, I need a big cheesy grin it’s and friendly! The dentist, Dr. Strong, spent a great deal of time with us explaining the very best care step-by-step. She was thorough and concise. Dr. Strong went into detail and my daughter and I feel extremely confident moving forward with her and Aspen.
Aspen Dental was fantastic! I had to bring my 2 yr old with me and they were great with her! Dental assistants that worked with me were patient with me and her very friendly and informative! The Dr was great explaining to me everything going on with my tooth. To top it off it was a last minute thing with a tooth infection and they got me in that same day. Overall an amazing experience
My experience there was excellent. The male Dr made it smooth, easy and painless. Only reason it’s not 5⭐️ is because I wish I had the opportunity to get my tooth extraction done without an appointment
