Fantastic staff. Great doctors. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My son was an emergency walk in. We were told we would need to wait which was understandable. We did not wait long and the first visit and exams were free. They have state of the art equipment, they offer a dental insurance plan that works same day. They also provided us with a treatment plan and affordable payment options.Fantastic experience!
I’m surprised by all the negative comments because I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t get sold on all sorts of things - like I have been in a different office just a month ago. Super friendly and crazy fast (almost hectic).
Everyone were wonderful, explained my personal care, detailed financial options, I let them know that I didn't have dental insurance. They showed me good ways I could afford my entire treatment. Thank you everyone. Looking forward to seeing you all soon! Carole Hickman
Forced to go here due to being broke, and they are cheaper on extractions than everywhere else. Haven't even had an appointment yet and already feel like nobody I've spoken to has any compassion or will to help. I am already dreading the appointment because it's a dental appointment, and now I don't feel like it will be a good experience. But I'm desperate and in incredible pain, haven't slept for 2 or 3 nights, and haven't eaten in 2 days, so I'm taking what I can get. I see all the nice review and wonder if you all are talking about the same place. They were nice people but the lady doing the billing did her best to spend ever cent my insurance covered. That's fine I guess but please consider what's needed to be taken care of and what causing all the pain. I was in pain and had to tell her 3 times the extraction need to be done first. I felt like she was after as much of my insurance as possible and not worried about situation. And the dentist was in a race. 3 teeth pulled and I was back ... read more
