This is my first review. But I felt it absolutely necessary to share my experience. I had a great experience from the time I walked in Pam was very helpful to any questions I had. Brooke the office manager answered all my questions and took care of All insurance needs. My surgeon was great. And Amanda is the best she helped me to much to list.Everyone was very professional and also caring in these days that is very hard to find. I want to thank everyone for making a difficult time much easier.
I’ve been needing to get my teeth fixed for a while and could not afford to. Aspen Dental took my insurance and helped me with a payment plan for the remaining cost that insurance wouldn’t cover. Dr. Hamilton was great. So were the hygienist, dental assistants, and the coordinator. They were patient going over everything with me and making sure my treatment plan covered everything I needed. Overcharged. I had my teeth cleaned and felt a small chip in my tooth. The lady asked if she could trim a little bit. She spent two minutes for a quick trim and then I received a bill for $83.00 in the mail. This place does not operate in good faith.
My experience with Aspen dental was unfortunately not a positive one. As a good patient, I called ahead to the inform the office that I would be 8min late due to traffic and instead of thanking me they used this as an excuse to cancel my appointment. I was baffled of course and asked the receptionist to please check with the dentist as it was still within the 10min arrival window. She placed me on hold for 15min (I was still driving there because I did not think they would truly cancel my appointment), when she came back on ... read more
The staff is very friendly, however I've had nothing but trouble with the denture ever since I started the process over 5 months ago! It's been nothing but a nightmare of a process! I've been making a 45 minute drive one way at least once a week ever since my surgery 5 months ago to try and have the denture fixed. I've told the staff every time where the denture rubs a sore on my gum, I've seen several different staffing, yet no one seems to want to make any significant changes to the denture to make it fit correctly.
