Very friendly staff & had already verified insurance coverage before my appointment so I knew exactly what my out of pocket would be. Very pleased with everything so far- was my first visit with them.
I’ve been needing to get my teeth fixed for a while and could not afford to. Aspen Dental took my insurance and helped me with a payment plan for the remaining cost that insurance wouldn’t cover. Dr. Hamilton was great. So were the hygienist, dental assistants, and the coordinator. They were patient going over everything with me and making sure my treatment plan covered everything I needed. Overcharged. I had my teeth cleaned and felt a small chip in my tooth. The lady asked if she could trim a little bit. She spent two minutes for a quick trim and then I received a bill for $83.00 in the mail. This place does not operate in good faith.
My experience with Aspen dental was unfortunately not a positive one. As a good patient, I called ahead to the inform the office that I would be 8min late due to traffic and instead of thanking me they used this as an excuse to cancel my appointment. I was baffled of course and asked the receptionist to please check with the dentist as it was still within the 10min arrival window. The staff is very friendly, however I've had nothing but trouble with the denture ever since I started the process over 5 months ago! It's been nothing but a nightmare of a process! I've been making a 45 minute drive one way at least once a week ever since my surgery 5 months ago to try and have the denture fixed. I've told the staff every time where the denture rubs a sore on my gum, I've seen several different staffing, yet no one seems to want to make any significant changes to the denture to make it fit correctly.
