Fantastic dental facility. Arianna, Amy, Ray and Brittany were awesome to work with and took great care of me. The dentist, Dr Wilhelm was terrific, quickly identifying why I was experiencing discomfort and attempting a less invasive initial course of action. I’m looking forward to my next visit in a few days thanks to the confidence gained from such a great initial encounter. Aspen Dental is exactly what I was looking for.
I’ve been going to Aspen for over a year now, and they completely changed my life. The whole staff is amazing, including finance. They looked in my mouth like they cared. They made my Teeth healthy again. Every crown they have done has been amazing and the partials that I have needed are amazing. Everything was a perfect fit. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I love Aspen.
My experience with Aspen Dental was very nice! First of all I want to say that I had called 2 other Dental offices trying to find a dentist because I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. I needed to be seen right away. No one called me back from the 2 I’d contacted and then I got voicemail. As soon as I called Aspen I got a live person to person. I am the absolute worst when I have a dental appointment. BUT Amy, Lori, and Dr. Jake took such amazing care of me. I had to have a tooth extracted as well and it honestly was the best experience. The staff is amazing! I completely recommend them to anyone. You will be amazed at how at ease they all make you feel.
Passive aggression is a big part of the culture here. The person doing x-rays of your teeth will not explain to you that most of the x-rays other than the specific tooth you're there to address are optional. The reason for this is to get as much money from your insurance as possible. They will basically ignore you and treat you like an object while holding friendly conversations with each other literally right behind you in the same room as if you don't exist.
