I’ve been going to Aspen for over a year now, and they completely changed my life. The whole staff is amazing, including finance. They looked in my mouth like they cared. They made my Teeth healthy again. Every crown they have done has been amazing and the partials that I have needed are amazing. Everything was a perfect fit. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I love Aspen.
I chose Aspen Dental for an emergency appointment on a Monday morning. The staff was very friendly and professional, explaining every step of the dental exam. The office and dental rooms were very clean and nicely arranged. I am the absolute worst when I have a dental appointment. BUT Amy, Lori, and Dr. Jake took such amazing care of me. I had to have a tooth extracted as well and it honestly was the best experience. The staff is amazing! I completely recommend them to anyone. You will be amazed at how at ease they all make you feel.
Passive aggression is a big part of the culture here. The person doing x-rays of your teeth will not explain to you that most of the x-rays other than the specific tooth you're there to address are optional. The reason for this is to get as much money from your insurance as possible. They will basically ignore you and treat you like an object while holding friendly conversations with each other literally right behind you in the same room as if you don't exist. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately after calling Aspen Dental in Glen Carbon. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They contacted my insurance and made sure I was well informed before I made any financial commitment. The entire process was stress free and I will definitely recommend them to others!
