A bunch of crooks. Had to schedule multiple appointments for the same issue. The first time the dentist looked for 20 seconds and then gave me a mouth wash. That was it. It didn’t work and then the next time a $1500 treatment plan was put in place for what I thought would take care of it. Turns out it was for a completely different issue and did not address the problem area I mentioned specifically whatsoever. I went in with 3 infected teeth for an emergency appointment. After 1.5 hours, I was told they would be able to start working on my teeth IN 6 WEEKS, when the oral surgeon was available, followed by fillings done by someone unqualified to help me. Thanks, but no thanks. Want the $300 back for initial appointment and waste of time. You should be more honest in advertising... let people know that you cannot help them right away... especially when your dentists do not have qualifications to help patients with high pain med tole... read more
We had a very good experience here. I brought my son to our the dentist I've been going for years. They told me he had 10 cavities. I knew there was no way possible. I found Aspen and it turns out he only had one cavity. They are much more reasonable as well. I was pleased with our first visit.
The care at this Aspen, I would say was good. The Dentist did seem to be well knowledged, friendly and professional. However, I did not at all feel good about the amount of pressure they place on you to finance the amount of work they recommend. It felt more like sales rather than dental care. I don't care to return with the business structure it currently operates under.
Had a very very good experience at Aspen Dental. My wife had a broken tooth repaired and an excellent cleaning was completed. All was done in a short time. Satisfied customer for sure.Thank you.
