Everyone was really nice in the Augusta office. The insurance lady was especially sweet. I don’t remember her name but she is a beautiful person inside as well as out. She has great customer service and is very professional and personable. The Dentist is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. My only complaint is not about the actual dental clinic itself. However, the online portal where you set up appointments and confirm appointments is trash because it does not sync and register with the physical dental office. So say... read more
I was very impressed with the level of friendliest and professionalism of the staff in the Augusta office. They were all knowledgeable and helpful in advising me on a dental plan that met my needs and concerns . The entire staff , from the moment I came into the office was on point. My appointment started on time , the receptionist, the radiologist, the hygienist and most of all the Doctors , are the best . Thanks again
Most pleasant trip to a dentist appointment in many years! From reception, office manager, hygienists to doctors all the staff is compassionate, professional, cordial & efficient. Will recommend this Aspen clinic to everyone! No more dreading a visit to the dentist. 😀
The Dr was very precise and explained everything that I never heard from any other dental visits else where. The staff was very friendly and explained what procedures would be done and why. Great atmosphere and very clean. For any one who is afraid of going to the dentist this is the place for you. The Dr made you feel comfortable and he has a very calming voice. Five stars.
Was told I was showing signs of periodontal disease and was experiencing bone loss and was no longer qualified to have a regular teeth cleaning covered by my insurance, requiring scaling and root planing. Was also told I needed 2 crowns and a filling. My treatment plan was discussed with me by financing rather than with the dentist.
