I recently had an initial appointment at Marquette Aspen Dental to replace my dentures. Every step of this experience was very positive...especially the staff at Aspen Dental. There is an extra step that will ensure a perfect fit, which I'm deeply grateful for. Cancelled my appointment multiple times after I completely rearranged my schedule. Would wait until it was 1 week or less away to cancel on me too. Then another 2 month wait for them to cancel again. They have forgotten to call me back before, as well as not properly gone over procedures and instructions with me. Update: 3 weeks later and they still have not issued my refund. They make you pay in advance, cancel on you repeatedly and then won't give you your money back.
Hygienist and Dr. werw friendly and straightforward. Upon review of my x-rays I felt I was being led into a couple decisions that I needed time to consider. Other than that is was a generally hassle-free experience. Will go back again.
I saw Dr. Golba in 2020 during covid. I had a toothache, bottom molar. He told me the tooth needed to be pulled and suggested an implant. He pulled the tooth and placed the implant while I was knocked out. He gave me another dose of medicine and my daughter took me home. I blacked out for a few days with very little memory. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I went in today for my first initial visit and was seen by Dr. Obada Douglas. Made my appointment 1.5 months ago. Three weeks ago I had shoulder surgery and my surgeon prescribed me pain medication. I wrote all this on my paperwork before the visit. First off the doctor comes in and smacks that shoulder.
