Dr. Knox, was clear in explaining procedures and protocols for a complete dental work. Also Laura, in the billing department was very thorough in making sure what was covered with my dental insurance and what was not. GREAT TEAM?
service was good billing was not. they gave me my total after Insurance coverage I paid my part. then 4 months later I get a bill for the rest turns out they did not give the insurance the information they needed and instead of Aspen sending them the right information they just made me pay the bill.
Very professional. I'm going to need a lot of dental work done, and was very embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. They did not shame me or make me feel any worse than I already was. They let me set up a payment plan which was also very helpful.
I have been trying to make an appointment calling everyday for a week now. I keep getting the same excuse that the hygienist is at lunch. The hygienist has to take care of this or that. Y'all have done thousands of dollars of work on me and I need a follow up. The recent history is what is keeping me around, but I'm probably gonna go back to my old dentist. I went for an appt to Aspen dental bc they take Delta Care insurance. I have a loose tooth and just wanted it pulled. They did xray and the dentist came in and i told her i just wanted it pulled. I was not going to get a bridge or anything. She whisked me off to the office manager to review billing. I had already spoke to my insurance company prior to the appt and wad told that the most i should be charged out of pocket should be 150.00!
