Being a new customer is always an experience at the dentist office. The people who took care of me were outstanding. Kelly, the one who I first saw was knowledgeable and professional. We had a great conversation while taking my x-rays. Bailey explained a treatment plan and everything that goes with it. It’s unfortunate that when you schedule your appointment online for a cleaning, you get called on a weekend two days before your appointment to let you know they won’t do a cleaning. They have to do x-rays and etc. because you haven’t been in but even though you scheduled yourself for cleaning, they tell you that if they have an opening, they can do it that day, but it’s not likely. Dr. Shawn is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so professional and compassionate. I had a bone graft for a dental implant and I walked out of the office feeling pretty good. I thought it was going to be more painful but it wasn’t The employees are so nice and Sydney is great. She always has a smile on her face when clients walk in and is always pleasant on the phone. I highly recommend Aspen in Rochester
Really good experience with the staff! Unfortunately their way of handling insurance and payment options is absurd. I have never heard of a place needing so much money at time of making appt as well as having it paid for before procedure. I have awesome insurance and a HRA to pay all billing. Nope that’s not good enough, they want cash/payment upfront. No wonder why they they can take new patients, no one wants to empty their wallet. Horrible experience. The assistant - Gwen was so nice and helpful. The dentist Dr. Nick Berge was very insensitive and borderline disrespectful. No empathy whatsoever. Definitely not returning, I’d find a different place. The officer manager and hygienist were all very nice. Unfortunately one team member ruins it all.
