My visit to Aspen Dental in Waco was great. The ladies at the front are wonderful and very attentive. Their system is smooth and very efficient. The staff that I interacted with were all very nice and personable and made me feel at ease. Dentist visits are last on my list due to previous experiences so finally finding a place where I didn't feel super scared was refreshing. Aspen Dental is VERY EXPENSIVE, but they are very professional, kind, thorough. The X-ray tech, Grace, was remarkable, very gentle, very thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Henny was so great! He thoroughly explained everything so that all of my options were made clear. He also was extremely patient with all my questions. Very helpful and very informative. Best part of the whole visit was visiting with the young lady who took my x-rays. I’m not sure of the spelling of her name so I’ll call her J. Her attitude and attention to detail was great. She was thorough in her work and was very polite, relaxed, and funny.
Total waste of two hours. I had an appointment set for 8:45am. I wasn't called back for 30 minutes. I almost walked out until 9:15am they called me back. Did x rays. Then was sitting in a chair for longer waiting for the dentist to come in, tell me I have a cavity, then leave. Hygienist looked at me for a minute then sent me out. At this point I'd been there for an hour. Then I waited even LONGER for someone to see me and tell me I'd have to wait until next month to fill the cavity. The staff at Aspen Dental are exceptional. Jada sticks out the most as she was the first to greet me and let me know the process step-by-step. Any thoughts or questions I had silently were answered proactively. Dr. Genny and Grace (I believe that’s her name) also made me feel super comfy during my procedure. I feel very good going into my next appt Monday. Thank you all.
