The West Saint Paul Aspen dental center is amazing. You do have to pay 60% up front when you make the first appointment, but if you can get the money raised, it's well worth it. The Staff that I was involved with were exceptional. They were extremely professional but still humorous, friendly, well disciplined, very aware of their roles. The collegiate atmosphere left a positive impression. A well-oiled machine.
I absolutely loved my first visit! The staff I met with provided excellent service. The care demonstrated while doing my X-rays and oral examination was so gentle. I honestly do not like going to the Dentist but West Saint Paul Aspen Dental made my experience very enjoyable. As a senior citizen cost is very important to me. A little more waiting than I would have liked. But overall a good experience. Prices seem good. Staff were very nice.front desk wasn't always manned but maybe she had other duties too. Would recommend too friends.
This was the first dental office I felt comfortable about. Went in with an accessed tooth, they did a thorough review of my entire mouth and came up with a plan and scheduling same day. Very excited to work with a caring and educated staff.
Scheduling a follow-up appointment for new denture adjustments is horrible. Each time I have called it is 4 to 6 days out. Sure I complained and was "squeezed" in sooner. I am 4 weeks post operation and still can not wear the lower plate all day. Never-ending pain has become the norm for me. Each time I do get in I am told try this because I am still "healing" and it should help.
