I was seen in a timely minor, the staff from check in was great. My doctor and the medical team that worked with me did an outstanding job. They made sure I was in no pain. They made sure that I was satisfied I was comfortable and I was well cared for, this dental clinic in Winterhaven, the doctors have shown the best care and it shows in the work that they do the care that they take with each patient for me. The best people. I had a tooth extraction with roots into the sinus cavity. Put me down. They kept me very calm and before I knew it, it was done. It was a complicated extraction but when they brought me around and it was done I was very happy. I trust them explicitly. I also didn't know it was infected so that was another thing to deal with. I hadn't been to the dentist in 11 years, so I was nervous, but I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, explained everything to me, and I didn't feel pressured to do anything. I just got home from getting my tooth pulled and a bone graft, which is all I could afford to do today. I will definitely be back for an implant! Hygienist Fernando De Modesti was AMAZING..... Very Professional & Knowledgeable, yet Friendly! I highly recommend these folks.... The only Negative is the Televisions do NOT Work in the Waiting Areas!
My last extraction experience(not here) was horrific so I came in so nervous and freaked out when I heard I had to get a wisdom out. Both doctors and the nurses were AMAZING they treated me with such care and make sure I was comfortable as I could be the entire time! After it was out I asked “is it really done, that’s it seriously” He was so gentle and it took no time at all! I will definitely be back!
