The dental hygienist who was taking pictures of my teeth was very dismissive of that fact that every time I had to bite down on whatever tool it was that I was expecting to hold in place in my mouth it was actually hurting me. She said it would feel uncomfortable which I understood but it was more than uncomfortable it was like it was to big for my mouth and it was kind of heavy too and the way she keep placing it in my mouth was causing more pain to the point I was tearing up and almost walked out. Referred to Aspen Dental by my mom who is very fond of the service and staff. One of the BEST dental cleanings I’ve had in a long time. Danielle was very thorough and efficient. Dr. Nalley is great and love how he explains the treatment and options very well. He and his staff are awesome!
I had a great experience under the circumstances. The staff was very kind and helpful. The doctor was awesome and had a great bed side manner and answered all my questions. Would recommend this facility to everyone.
Horrible customer service !!!!!!! I called and booked an appointment 3 weeks out. They send email 3 days before to confirm, which I did confirm. They call the afternoon before my appointment and cancel my appointment because I did not get their call. Called Veronica at Aspen Dental back after I get the message of my cancelled appointment and she states there is nothing she can do except rebook my appointment. Unacceptable! I have had such an unbelievably awful experience between the NA location and here. When I first moved here at the beginning of the year, I was told the NA location (40 minutes away) was closest to me so that is where I booked. When I found out there was one in Aiken location (10 minutes away), I requested to be transferred. They said that I would have to come in person to pick up all of my X-rays and files and that they couldn’t just email them to me or the Aiken location… and that the Aiken location couldn’t just see them. ... read more
