One star is far too generous! Had a broken tooth and scheduled an appointment. Called over the weekend to insure I could receive help at my appointment Monday afternoon. I showed up about 10 minutes early to do paper work and was checked in late due to no one at the front desk for about 20 minutes. I was then taken back to discover I had a basic appointment. I was reluctant to switch dentists since my work changed owners & insurance. I was pleasantly surprised when they took a ton of X-rays, evaluated me without my old records, & determined a treatment plan. I was so happy when they arranged financing for my crown & Nightguard. It took a while to get my 1st appointment, but well worth the wait !!
Great place! My first visit. Staff were friendly, making an appointment online was easy. The dentist took time and explained things to me. I have anxiety going to a dentist, but felt very comfortable with this visit.
The whole ordeal did start in another state but they sucked too. I went with aspen because I saw the commercials. I thought,” oh they will help me with my teeth!” Big mistake! All I’ve had the entire time is the run around. All they cared about was how they will get paid! I borrowed 1500$ to do some procedures, paid for with the money and no call backs, not even being seen! I called to get an antibiotic last week for a confirmed tooth infection, no response. I received great care from Dr. Shekari and all of the staff during my first appointment with Aspen Dental. All questions and concerns were addressed and a plan moving forward for my care were taken care of. I very much appreciate the great care!
