From the first phone call for an appointment to discuss dentures verses impants to the end of my first consultation was absolutely amazing. I give them a high 10. **PLEASE READ EDIT** This place is one of the worst reviewed dentist in Oak Ridge for a reason. As several prior posts have suggested this place really felt like a scam. As soon as we came in they were trying to sell us a toothbrush and a water pick. They didn’t know that my lady was scheduled right after me and they did the same stuff to her. I’ve avoided the dentist for 20 years. I broke a tooth and had to find someone close that took my insurance and could see me asap. I went on line that night. Filled in some info and was able to book an appointment for the very next morning. I was very … I was scared out of my mind. First, I had to wait an hour for my 8:30 am appointment, which I was told was because “three of you showed up at the same time”…maybe because we each booked 8:30 appointment times through THEIR website? The $19 exam feels scam-y — no other dentist office has ever charged for an exam, then required a separate expensive follow up appointment for the cleaning. I will give them a two, only because they actually got my husbands tooth out and they managed to break his other tooth off behind it, while doing so. He was running late and he called them and said he was going to be 10 minutes late the rude receptionist calls me was all huffy saying she was going to cancel his appointment, if he was not in the parking lot and walking through the door in 30 seconds. lol At this point, just go ahead and cancel the damn appointment and don't call me acting like a unprofessional smart @ss.
