All the persons I saw were very very nice. The only thing was that they were short staffed yesterday and it took a long time to see each professional person. They even set me up with financial assistance to pay for the money my insurance didn't cover which was very important also. I am looking forward to getting my teeth fixed!!
I was able to get right in to get my cleaning. The hygienist was very professional and took time to explain certain areas of hygiene that can improve my oral health. She was also very friendly, and we had a great conversation about our weekends! My experience has never had a hiccup, and has been great from beginning to end!
Disappointed in their ability to do even simple denture repairs. But they are overly eager to sell you a new set of dentures even if all you need is a single chipped tooth repair. Now I keep getting notices that I missed my appointment when I clearly did not.
Absolutely terrified of dental work. I have never had a positive experience until aspen. Every person I have spoken with was so kind. So helpful. I’m not impressed at all. I came in a couple of weeks ago just to find out they cancelled my appointment. I didn’t realize they called but they also didn’t leave a voicemail or a text specifically saying my appointment was cancelled. I came in today for my appointment and was there for an hour and a half and they didn’t even clean my teeth because I’m a new patient. I’ve been to plenty of dentists for the first time and they’ve been able to clean my teeth that day with no problem.
