Aspen Dental is misleading on up front cost of services. I contacted Aspen Dental to get my teeth cleaned and asked was there any out-of-pocket costs on my part. I was told no; my insurance would cover my teeth cleaning. I went in; x-rays were taken, and then I was told I had to pay an $79 out-of-pocket cost for cleaning services not covered by my dental insurance. I had my first visit. I was nervous, I was you know a little shy too people looking in my mouth. Then the doctor came in and we laughed and cut up a lot during the whole process. And he was great. He had the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever been to in my whole life. And the girls there, I love them all. Everybody there was so nice. So my first appointment and visit with them was awesome!
System was down for entire day, but only found out after they had taken me back and done X-rays, poked and prodded in my already sore inflamed mouth, just to tell me they are unable to set up payments, so nothing they could do to help me until system was back up and running. Made appointment through their 800 # on Sunday, and was told on Monday at appt, after taking me back, they didn't take my insurance and usually they run insurance before appt to see coverage. The staff and Dr were amazing. They explained in detail what I needed done and why. It is my place to go for great dental care.i have been reading some of the reviews and the Taylor that helped me was amazing..she was very professional and helpful in dealing with my insurance company. This was in Hopkinsville by the way. Been there three times and they have always been very professional. 👍
