Had 4 teeth pulled at once 2 were wisdom teeth 2 were molars 2 on top 2 on bottom next to each other. All on same side. They were very close to breaking my jaw multiple times because they did not take the time to cut and grind thing before trying to break it into pieces. Ended up having very bad bruising on my face and bad swelling for days I also have marks on the inside of my upper and lower lip from were they were using my lip as a cushion against my teeth instead of moving them aside to prevent this.. the person was told... read more
1st visit EVER here, the staff was all very pleasant and informative. Only thing I can say is it would have been nice to be prepared for the fact that it was JUST a consultation and just not what I'm used to which is a routine cleaning and X-ray (if needed).. they will NOT move forward without money beyond the X-rays & consult, if you don't have cash & aside from what your insurance doesn't cover they'll have you go through financing.... this is just not what I'm used to with my normal dentist and I guess I prefer a more int... read more
Extremely poor place to go to if you have any care about your body, I suggest finding another place These people left my wife’s jawbone exposed. Turned green and purple now there’s a growing tumor there and she hast to get part of her job bone removed. We are currently in the midst of a lawsuit with them. Lawyers involved I highly recommend staying as far away from this place if you have any care about yourself or your families health
It was my very first experience with Aspen Dental today. The staff was friendly and the customer service was outstanding!!! They gave me a plan for the work that I needed done, broke it all down by price and offered a payment plan. When I start my adventures in my retirement travel trailer I know they have a network throughout the U.S.and can continue my dental care any where!! Highly recommended!!
Thank you so much for my first extraction in 19 years today! February 27th, 2024. I went to the emergency room just to check out if I have dry socket, but it turns out I was just panicking and I thank you for your call back tonight! Loved the doctors here and all of the team!
