I was embarrassed because I had not been to the dentist in so long. They made me feel wonderful.
Other than a 20 minute wait beyond my appointment time, the visit was quick & pleasant.
I enjoyed the visit except for the X-ray tech. She had a difficult time putting the thing in my mouth, after scrapping the roof of my mouth and pocking me in the eye she was unable to take all the panoramic views!, and on top of it all she was not very friendly & seem upset with me.
Great service always by my Tech, Joanna Fox. She courteous and professional.
It was a pleasant experience. Staff members were excellent
I felt the staff was very friendly and efficient. My questions were all answered and I feel confident in their expertise.
I was told to arrive 15 minutes early which i arrived about 20 minutes early. During my wait which took about 40 minutes. The receptionist recieved 2 personal calls which each lasted 5+ minutes. I didnt get called back until about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Other than that everything was great! Donna was awesome and very caring
Very pleased with my visit to Aspen Dental
The staff was nice. The Doctor that tested me on gum desice almost made me cry cause the testing was so painful but I guess thats unavoidable. The dentist was very nice. I liked that I got the first x-rays for free. Also I was very thankful that the doctor made it possible to get a filling without cleaning since I am just in America for one year and my insurance sucks. Anyway the hole proress took almost 2 hours and I had waiting times again and again that was a little bit to long for me.
