The experience in the office was fine because the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. What I'm giving 3 stars for is simply for the BILLING, the fact that I received a bill asking for more money 7-9 months after I received the X-rays! That was supposed to be included in the bill I already paid while in the office the 3 times I was there for my dental work. I paid 3 quite hefty bills that had to be split into three payments to pay for services in advance, and now I'm receiving another bill for x-rays??!!!! When I called the... read more
They seemed to have great reviews and have I heard good things. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I didn't enjoy my extraction with Mr Green he was really rough, i guess the tooth wasn't coming out as easily as he wanted. I bled a lot and had to have stitches. He seemed to be rushing because he was going from me to other customers at the same time. I like a customer centered experience and not made to feel like a number.
Went to get replacement dentures staff was very kind and courteous. Tell we proceeded to the pricing keep in mind my insurance covers $1250 and they still wanted out-of-pocket $850 for the really cheapest ones When I looked it up on the web on their page, I was going to choose an upgrade until the astronomical amount with quoted. Don’t even go there. Don’t waste your time. Have a good day and merry Christmas.
When I walked in I was so scared… but everyone was extremely nice. I love this place… I don’t remember the lady that deep cleaned my teeth but she was the nicest person I ever met.. she made me feel real comfortable and to was gentle on my teeth…
The office of Aspen Dental was very nice and neat. The staff was professional and friendly . I didn't have to wait no time to be seen. The Dental Assistant was very good taking the x-rays and charting my Dental record , the Hygienist with the help of Dental Assistant help number with Perio Charting. The hygienist explained the numbers in perio charting means and the treatment needed. The Dentist, examination was very good, he explained what treatments, I need to keep my smile.
