Aspen moved up my appointment by one month, insurance was verified quickly, and the staff create a very welcoming environment and the waiting was very minimal. You are sent home with an itemized billing/treatment plan summary showing what is and isn’t covered by insurance, after thorough education on oral hygiene. It was a great first impression!

Everyone from Dr. A, to the DA’s and front desk staff are super friendly/ helpful. I’m treated with respect and everyone goes the extra mile to calm my fears. The Lead DA is pretty sweet too!

So impressed with the Williston VT Aspen Dental with Dr. Acone and his team. The whole appointment from front desk to paying was easy, professional but relaxed. I know I'm in good hands as my husband was their patient first so I could observe. He has always been completely impressed and speaks highly of their services. Yesterday went from anxiety to laughing and feeling relieved I'm finally doing this. They were wonderful and I'm looking forward to this journey.
EDIT: I went again yesterday and it was night and day. Maybe when I wrote the last review we were both having bad days. I’m not sure. But yesterday I had to go for a tooth extraction and it went so smoothly and they were all so wonderful. I’m very thankful for all of their hard work.
