The staff is friendly and always ask if you have any questions. They were running about 10-15 minutes late. However the big reason for my lower rating is that I feel like they are a business office looking for cash influx and not an actual dental office. My appointment was supposed to be for a simple cleaning, but I spent an hour and a half being x-rayed, poked, prodded, and looked over. I'm in pain, cuz of my bad tooth. they were willing to be sensitive and caring about it. They were willing to go around my bad tooth, so that I could be comfortable. While in this pain. They even stopped til my spasms were done. So that I could feel comfortable. I'm very satisfied with my care I got today. Thank you for being caring
Dr. Michael is the absolute bomb, she is so nice, so friendly, so positive, and she is truly great at her craft. I have multiple friends who go to her too and they all think Dr. Michael is excellent as well. The staff is super friendly, and I have never had to wait long in the lobby. I have literally zero criticism for this dental office, it is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to
Great and friendly staff. I was the last patient to leave and they didn’t make me feel rushed. They took their time explaining to me and answering all my questions. Would recommend to anyone.
The office was great 👍.. I came in person for an emergency appointment to see if they can see me today. The young Lady at the front was kind and professional. Yes they give me an appointment to see them at 10: 30am. The office is clean, and also the examing room. The Dental Assistant was also kind and professional...Dr. Marina Michael, DDS was awesome she make you feel comfortable ( you just not a number) She cares.
