Very nice people. Horrible communication skills. They focused more on the process rather than the excruciating pain I was in. They told me “you can always come back”, even after I had told them multiple times over multiple days that I live 12.5 hours away. Again, very nice people. They just lack communication skills.
Do NOT go here!! Biggest ripoff around! I'd give 0 stars if I could. The dentist insisted I either get two root canals, or two teeth pulled. When I asked if he could just pull the broken one, the one that was hurting me, he refused. They also wanted $900 AFTER INSURANCE just for the extractions! Went to a different dentist in Geneva, and they were shocked that the Aspen dentist refused to do what I asked. It also only cost $71 for the single extraction, as I requested! I was advised by multiple people to not go here but considering I had bad tooth pain, I didn’t listen. Well, I wish I would have listened because I got charged for services I did not request. I made it clear to the staff what I wanted and didn’t want to be charged for what I didn’t need. Well here I am charged for services I didn’t want and still a really bad tooth ache after three visits. I absolutely love Aspen Dental and all of their staff. I am very insecure about my teeth and my upper dentures. My permanents came in today and they looked awful and the dental assistants and the dentist were quick to decide to make new ones because of how messed up they were. Nowhere is perfect and most places would have brushed me off because I signed a paper saying that even if they are bad that’s what it is, I am so grateful that they actually are taking care of me with my teeth! Do NOT DO NOT… I repeat do not go to this place!!! This is the most awful disorganized place for anything! The dentist doesn’t know anything… sends you off to the ER, for something they could have just done, write a prescription for an antibiotic and pain meds… unreal!!! Maybe you want to pay for my bill, then I gave them the satisfaction of trying to come back for a scheduled root canal… I come in, they said we only have you scheduled for a cleaning!!! What?!?!?!
