I was advised by multiple people to not go here but considering I had bad tooth pain, I didn’t listen. Well, I wish I would have listened because I got charged for services I did not request. I made it clear to the staff what I wanted and didn’t want to be charged for what I didn’t need. I absolutely love Aspen Dental and all of their staff. I am very insecure about my teeth and my upper dentures. My permanents came in today and they looked awful and the dental assistants and the dentist were quick to decide to make new ones because of how messed up they were. Nowhere is perfect and most places would have brushed me off because I signed a paper saying that even if they are bad that’s what it is, I am so grateful that they actually are taking care of me with my teeth! It went very well. I was there for a check up after a horribly experienced extraction I had done elsewhere 9 days earlier. The doctor and staff were very nice, treated me well. Took care of all my concerns.
Do NOT DO NOT… I repeat do not go to this place!!! This is the most awful disorganized place for anything! The dentist doesn’t know anything… sends you off to the ER, for something they could have just done, write a prescription for an antibiotic and pain meds… unreal!!! Maybe you want to pay for my bill, then I gave them the satisfaction of trying to come back for a scheduled root canal… I come in, they said we only have you scheduled for a cleaning!!! What?!?!?! Went to Aspen dental today. Had a implant put in and they did excellent work. Very satisfied with the professional service.
