Dr. Hayes, Kenya, Melissa, and the whole staff were absolutely lovely. As someone who has had a lot of dental anxiety, they did everything possible to soothe stress while having fantastic results! I always leave feeling better than I did before. I HIGHLY recommend this lovely crew :)
Best experience I’ve ever had! I haven’t see a dentist in a while due to financial reasons and struggle with intense anxiety and fear of dentists. Everyone made me sure I was comfortable for the entire process and helped me along the way. Monica was kind to me and helped me understand the cleaning process, Dr. Osama did a great job with the wisdom teeth removal but most importantly the Dental Assistants were AMAZING. I went in Aspen Dental without notice. They immediately showed me concern about my 2 month long issues I was having. They professionally addressed my problem by examining me thoroughly. The kindness and care exhibited by every staff member was reassuring and gave me hope with the diagnosis. I received relief from my symptoms and feel assured my medical condition will be resolved. I could not have asked for a better experience.
SERIOUSLY. DO NOT GO HERE. CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH. I have never written a review before, so that’s how serious I am. If you end up going, THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO SCAM YOU OUTTA THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Went here in December, and was expecting a regular annual cleaning. Everything seemed normal and they seem nice, but this business model is straight up a scam. DO NOT GO HERE. The people are very nice but the business model is a Scam! They rope you in and make you think you need all these little treatments but don't find out the cost til you are leaving (or like my wife, 6 months later in the mail). My visit: Had some Gingivitis on initial checkup so they said I would have to get a special cleaning before I could get a regular cleaning (weird but okay...).
