Beware! Horrible experience. Went in for a teeth cleaning with insurance and was told I needed further treatment totaling over a thousand dollars. No cavities or repairs mind you. I was floored at the price looked at the itemized bill and a 400 dollar electric toothbrush was conveniently included as well. They got me in fast and after evaluation I was scheduled in 1 hrs to have my teeth pulled. Very friendly and caring people. The dentist was awesome. Talked and explain everything and then pulled my teeth. Very happy and pleased. Would definitely recommend.
These guys have one of the best teams around. Excellent customer service. It took me almost 18 months to get implants that would hold and they continued to honor their work AND the original price quoted even when they had earned it twice over. I’m only 48 years old and getting full dentures was a BIG decision. They wouldn’t quit until I was happy with my smile. Thank you Kelly and Tad for all the hard work.
Went there to establish care and discuss options for my dental concerns. The entire staff that I encountered were pleasant professional and knowledgeable. I decided to go with the treatment plan they recommended. I found the pricing was reasonable and the timeframe was realistic. Looking forward to getting my smile back. I recommend Aspen Dental in Odessa to anyone and if you are not a fan of dentist this is the place for you!!!!😃
Dr. Htet, the dental assistant, hygienist and Janet, the manager were wonderful! Easy process and not pushy. Very informative and explained what I needed and helped me get financing to develop a convenient short-term and long-term plan of care.
