It was a wonderful experience. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for an initial visit and left with a complete plan of care and got started with treatment that day. Very happy with my visit. Highly recommend if you are struggling with your smile Give Aspen Dental Yulee a try. They will help you with no judgment and will make you feel comfortable and confident.
Avoid at all costs! This place is a scam. I went in to have 2 small stains removed from my front teeth. Simple cleaning would have done the job. After getting my "free" consultation they refused to give me a regular cleaning unless I spent thousands of dollars on a deep cleaning. I pleaded with them to just do the work I needed to give me my confidence back but again they refused. Long story short I removed the stains myself with a 30 dollar polisher off of Amazon. Went in for a cleaning. They said I needed a deep clean and scaling that would cost me $400 after insurance. I told them I couldn't do that at this time but I just wanted the standard cleaning that my insurance covers and they refused to do it. Basically if I wasn't gonna do the extensive deep clean they recommended for the extra $400 they wouldn't do it at all. I should be able to use my insurance benefits how I want. First visit to a dental office in many years. Every encounter with both the staff and the dentist was excellent in my experience! Everyone was extremely kind and professional. Later in the same day, my husband had his appointment and also had a positive experience. We both look forward to continuing with Aspen Dental of Yulee.
Came in today with no insurance to get a filling in my chipped front tooth that recently fell out replaced. They were super efficient with fitting me in today and the dentist did a wonderful job! Everyone on staff that I met was very nice and helpful. Abigail at the front desk was very informative helping me understand my payment options and just overall a very pleasant person to talk to. I will be going back for the other issues that were addressed at my visit today.
