Went in to establish service due to change in insurance. They were very thorough in my check up. However I have to wait until October for a tooth to be filled. I will get my cleaning done which I scheduled and paid for but will probably find another dentist to get my filling done in a more timely fashion.
Checked in immediately upon arrival and, despite being very busy, was in my chair on time. Dentist was pleasant, professional and had a good sense of humor. His assistant was very proficient, as well. It was the first time I had work done there but left extremely satisfied.
From the moment I walked into the door the entire staff was very attentive and efficient. Although I didn't have an appointment they were able to fit me in. The doctor was fornominal. I appreciate how they took care of me
Everyone was very kind and thorough. Fast and efficient. My only complaint is that I thought the cleaning was a part of the check up so I was surprised when they had to schedule me to come back for the cleaning. My experience, with other dental offices, is that they do the cleaning with the routine check up at the same appointment.
Went when they had free x rays and exam-got the print out showing patient owes 0 (insurance was billed)paid for 2 fillings at a later time (what wasn’t covered by my insurance)-now I get a bill for the free X-rays 5 months later. Edit: aspen reached out to me the day after I left this post saying to disregard the bill I received for $83. And I really appreciate that I don’t have to worry about this.
