My biggest fear is the dentist due to some very bad experiences in my teens… I have been so afraid that I haven’t seen a dentist in 22 years. The staff here was so kind and gentle and understanding, that I feel excited to take control of my health and get the smile I’ve always wanted. I highly recommend this location!
I had a great experience, using Aspen Dental, Pickerington. You are greeted very friendly and with a smile, as soon as you enter the office. The Dentist and technicians were all knowledgeable and patience. They don’t stop until you are pleased and satisfied with your dentures. If I could give 0 stars I would. I googled where to get emergency care for a broken tooth, which is causing immense pain. I found Aspen Dental and saw their site said they accept emergency walk ins, for my situation in particular... I went to your Pickerington location, for an emergency and I immediately got turned away. The receptionist did not even bother to hear my issue. Thought I had an appointment today at Apen Dental in Pickerington at 11:00. I did not. I misunderstood the online process. The dentist squeezed me in anyways! Let me just say this…I am 94 and it is hard to get me and my wheelchair anywhere. This office did me a courtesy by squeezing me in between his other clients. BIG THANK YOU!! Cherie Weiler
Made appointments back to back with my whole family. The office staff called to verify appointment, collected all insurance information then I received confirmation texts for everyone. We drove 35 mins to find out how unprofessional they are! Our appointments were cancelled by someone in office and they expected us to reschedule two weeks later.
